Debbie has 25 years experience in the energy, post-secondary education, local government and health sectors. Debbie has an MA in Leadership and Training, certificates in management and organizational behaviour, and a variety of undergraduate work in science, dental assisting, and adult education. She is the creator of Coaching Triangles SystemTM, and co-author of the accompanying resource fieldbook Tri-namics published in 2006.
